Made it to Georgia today. We are staying at Harvest Moon RV Park in Adairsville, GA about 70 miles north of Atlanta. Good driving today--a little snow, clouds and sun. We only had a little wind to fight today from Chattanoga, TN to here.
The grass is really green now and the trees are budding out. Just been riding along so I haven't taken any pictures. Saw two places from the freeway where the tornadoes went through. What a mess they have and the ones that hit in Kentucky weren't as bad as the other states.
After we stopped tonight, Carl and I walked over to where there were a few restaurants and brought back supper. We haven't de-winterized, but probably will tomorrow. It was only about 50 degrees today here but sunny.
Was wondering how things were going on the road. It was so great here yesterday. Sunshine and in the 60's. How do you sanitize while on the road? Happy travels to you all. Hi to your mom...
ReplyDeleteWe use the sink and toilet, but carry water in a couple of jugs. The holding tanks are heated. And, then we also take showers in the campground's facilities.
